i keeping getting pk more than heck

Lose the red name. I don't know if this has changed in the past week, but QQme was trying to avoid killing 3x's to avoid server backlash and the bad image it gives. (Especially around Safe Passage.) But a red name makes you fair game in everyone's eyes.

Besides, saying you have nothing worthwhile doesn't mean anything - anyone can say words.

If you want to keep PKing yourself, and stay red, expect to have a lot of people on the server after you. People who don't normally PK will go after a juicy red name for fun and drops. People who do PK and have red names of their own will go after other red names for fun, drops, and the hope of a challenge.

Your red name means you managed to kill someone. People won't be expecting to see a level 30 behind that name, especially if you're wearing fashion. So they're not going to handle you with kid gloves as long as you're running around Infamous.

Keep an eye on your screen and move away from the area when you see QQme or red names come onto your screen. Fly away is your best bet, speed pots if you've got 'em. Fight back if you want to but you won't stand much of a chance at level 30 against the main PKers out there - they're 7x-9x.

Get a Guardian (HP) charm. The time it takes to tick it the first time might get you enough time to get away alive if you want to keep PKing.

You are an automatic target regardless of whether you have items on you or not.

And they will not stop! Pk server = Pk able at level 30. The ones you have been pk'ing might be asking the same thing of you.

People seem to think that turning red is fun until it gets to the point (see OP) that they no longer like it and cannot level/quest/get anything done.

A still can't get over a 3x being full red b:surrender

Doesn't help that Harshlands has a lot of high level ******* that only go for one-shots on 3x white names to up their kill count.

There is a cap to the kill count. Therefore, you cannot continually kill the same person over and over and get it credited to your overall pk "score." This system was set in place not too long ago and when they did this the standings on the Pk board changed slightly.

This is a common misconception and I believe was designed to stop people from killing each other just to get counts.

I believe that if you mouse over your PK shield, you should be able to see how many hours (ingame) you have left as Red name.

You can meditate in town, or catshop, and just wait it out, or make it go away faster by grinding mobs above your level. But that option's probably a bit too risky for you. You could try the fish mobs near Silverpool, they're level 33+, and you might be hidden a little better since underwater isn't always visible depending on comp settings. It also makes it harder for people to target you.
