Can anyone make a List of things that are need to for learning skills and where we can find them?

Blacksmith Skills
Craftsman Skills
and the others

    I'm not sure I understand your question, but to learn any skill pertaining to your class (not crafting/gathering professions), you go to a city and speak with your trainer. Skills cost both coin and spirit, spirit is obtained from killing monsters and take some time to gather, so choose your skills wisely. It's always best to choose what you need most to help you level, so buy your skills in order of importance.

    You learn all those skills from Elder and the NPC who hands them out.
    Looking for a decent casual understanding Faction.
