Plume Shell

Hi, I was just wondering. Does Plume Shell work with spells that do physical damage? Such as another cleric who uses Plume Shot on you? b:thanks

    Plume Shell will absorb any direct damage that calculates using the "physical defence" modifier (the percent that your armour reduced physical damage by).

    As a result any thing that would hit for direct physical damage (source be spell skill, range skill, melee skill, genie skill, pets skills, etc. is irrelevant as far as I know) will be absorbed.


    It's when things hit for indirect damage that Plume Shell may be inconsistent, as sometimes the type of damage is unclear.
    (a potential example are bleed effects which even among themselves seem to be inconsistent on how they calculate)
    I don't know what exactly happens in these cases.
