Game Version 37-Download Error

I just downloaded this game today, thinking its pretty cool. I did the install, and everything, but now it wont let me patch. Im getting this error

(File download error, try Again?)

Can somebody help me fix this?

EDIT: Forgot to mention, the file that it won't let me download is 16-9-6.jpg, as shown in the screenshot. I was thinking that somebody could post that image that i'm missing and show me the directory that it goes in?

    Its working now, I closed the client, and removed the shortcut and replaced with the original .exe from the download folder (as my computer tends to mess with auto-shortcuts placed on my desktop). I checked "run as administrator" and now it works.

    Thanks for the input though.

    Hey its me again, it worked at first. I was playing then left to go to a funeral viewing. Now I cant play, here is what i'm getting:

    I don't exactly understand what it means, as im very new to this game, so any input would be appreciated.

    This message appears when you attempt to launch or patch the game while it is already running. First, check the system tray to see if the has been minimized there. If not, go to the Task Manager by pressing Ctrl+Alt+Del and end any instances you see of patcher.exe, launcher.exe, elementclient.exe, and pwprotector.exe, then try again. If it still doesn't work, reboot.
