I think Perfectworld should host a weekly lottery, where you can buy a ticket for 10k each from a new NPC, and each week at the same time, random winning numbers would be generated and the jackpot is made up of all the peoples money they paid to buy the ticket.
Then it can be split between all the winners ^_^

    well currently over on Dreamwaver i set up a lottery with the faction in which players pay for entry and if they win they egt 50% of money made and over half goes to faction..is nice when like 80 people chip in to makes for a big prize fund

    Back on topic. It is wrong to start teaching younglings to waste money in games of chance. Gambling is a serious problem, that we should not be encouraging.

    I do not think Konariraiden had noticed that you were not happy with his last link to "that" place, since you had "relocated" the thread only shortly before he used the same source to link on this thread. That is why I brought it up to his attention.
