buying from catshop problem

This is what I get when I sometimes go to a Catshop.

    See how the Catshop's owner's name is still p-5360320. You're pc has not yet loaded the info for the area you are in. Walk far away, then back to reset everything.

    As far as that message, probably just means "confirm". Walk away, try again, see if that's the message then.

    I get this when i try to buy, and I'm still in the Safety Lock countdown.
