Where can I get a
Shabby Albaster Shard?
Shabby Aqumarine Shard?
Shabby Ruby Shard?
Shabby Amethyst Shard?
and a Shabby Topaz Shard?

Do I buy them or collect them from various NPC's?

    go to etherbalde its more cheap[er there than in arch cost u 60k each.

    Uhh... The thread author was asking for SHABBY shards. Jewelcraftman only sell Average shards. Just like the poster said above... It can be sold by Merchant (shabby ones)

    Now she is asking for the rough stones, but I can't find anyone who sells them in Archosaur. Where can I find someone who sells the rough stones? Thanks!

    Buy 3 of the previous stones and combine them to make a rough. Jewelcrafters.

    I need Shabby Alabaster Shard,Shabby Aquamarine Shard,Shabby Ruby Shard,Shabby Amethyst Shard,Shabby Topaz Shard.Merchants or gem merchants dont sell them.They sell only Shabby Garnet, Sapphire, Amber, Turquoise and Shabby Citrine shards only. I need Shabby Alabaster Shard,Shabby Aquamarine Shard,Shabby Ruby Shard,Shabby Amethyst Shard,Shabby Topaz Shard i need for quest.

    ...The Archosaur Merchant (West Arch, near the gate) has the shards you need. They're in the second row from the top.

    I take it this is for the crazy stone quest....

    You can purchase it at a merchant. If you click the gem button you can purchase them. To make higher grade shards/soulgems you can purchase 3 of the shabby and then go to a Jewelcraftsman and combine them into a rough shard.

    3 Shabby to make 1 Rough
    3 Rough to make 1 Blemished /or/ 9 Shabby to make 1 Blemished
    3 Blem to make 1 Common /or/ 27 Shabby to make 1 Common
    4 Common to make 1 Average /or/ 108 Shabby... etc. etc. ad nauseam infinitum.

    3, 9, 27, 108, 432, 1728 are the multiples of Shabby Stones needed.

    Buy shabby's @ Merchant and "Combine" @ Jeweler NPC.

    The best place to go to get them is the Hidden Orchard. I got them for a very low low price. All together I payed 2000 or so for all of them.
