NPC horse mounts

I couldn't help but notice that the two horses that are sold on NPC start out at 7m/s (1 lower than every other mount) but when spurred by the alacrity spur, the pet manager says it'll go up to 9m/s like any other mount. Does it really jump up two numbers? And if it does, will it put a horse at 8m/s (lvl 11) to 10 m/s? Thanks for any replies.

They start out at 7m/s, and at level 11, they go 8m/s
Spur them once with Spurs of Alacrity, they go back to level 1, and travel at 9m/s, then 10m/s at level 11.
Spur them a 2nd time with the Galewind Spurs, they go back to level 1, and travel at 10m/s, then 11m/s at level 11, in addition to now having a level 20 requirement.

That's pretty much the only difference between all mounts. b:chuckle
Well, that and how much they cost after being spurred or, for the ones that can't be spurred, what level you need to be to ride them.0 -
Usually if you do not buy from the pet merchant you can sometimes buy from other people and get it much less. They do not sell for that much anymore.Mothergoose - Sanctuary wrote: »Still, how much does the horse cost? 2.7mil? It's basically just for looks.b:chuckle[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0

Well all the mounts are aesthetic, but I wanted just to see if they could all hit the maximum of 11m/s. Price wasn't so much of a big deal. Thanks for the tips.0
