Losing my mouse arrow

Hi people!

Here is my trouble:
When I am playing and switch to desktop or other application and switch back, the mouse arrow changes to normal windows arrow, so, if I try clicking in the game, it automatically switch to desktop or other application.

Can someone helpme, and administrator perhaps?

PD:I checked the FAQ, and the topic of "Alt+Tab issues" doesn't say anything aboout "Alt+Tab issues", it just says something about regional Issues and languages (I did what it said about installing chinese lang files, you never know, but still not solving my problem).

    Unfortunately, even the best video cards don't perfectly support alt-tabbing from fullscreen programs. I would recommend running the game in windowed mode if you're transitioning between programs that often.

    By the way, my videocard is a: NVidia Geforce 8500 GT TD512E for MSI
    I think is not a bad one b:pleased

    Ok, thank you for answering so soon, I'll take your advice and I'll run the game windowed.
