How to get up lvl after lvl 20/21

Hey. I didn't focus much on manufacturing weapons/jewelery on my human, and now, After becoming a lvl 21 wizard, I cant manufacture lvl 1 weapons. how do I lvl up in blacksmithing now ? :S

    You can always manufacture Lv1 weapons providing you have the mats and you are at the correct location. You're probably confused at ending up in Archo where you can't manufacture that low there.

    Get the mats and go back to Plume, Lost or Etherblade and they will let you manufacture Lv1.

    And lvl 1 mats seem to be lower priced in Plume, etherblade and lost city. (Cheaper in catshops i mean.)
