G M that facions on [removed] territory 2 of them are fake on this server those facions dont have bans??

    If you make accusations on the forum instead of sending a ticket to customer service please don't expect us to respond.*shrug* The ticketing system was put in place for a reason, one of these being to stop people from making false accusations. If you send a ticket we will investigate the issue and take appropriate action

    What I find funny, is when you submit actual evidence of something and you get a reply back about being banned because you tried to bring it to their attention. So tell me, whats the point of submitting a ticket when the GM's dont do anything anyways and let me guess, I am getting banned now?

    Posting on forums isn't the same as submitting evidence, so this thread doesn't count worth diddly towards resolving a situation. All it does is bring regular players into the discussion and ruins the names of the innocent if, in fact, the people mentioned do turn out to be innocent.

    Submitting evidence through tickets does work. It takes a day or two depending on their workload, but they do get to these things. And, based upon the evidence submitted, they take the necessary action.

    Who even cares if they fakebid? They're losing all their lands and members anyway.
