i tried to send tickets with explanation bout my main char ban
i tried to contact in game through "im stuck" message
i tried to use teles in game

can any GM contact with me in game pls

    They answer stuff in the order they get it, generally speaking, from what I understand. Sending multiple requests, and spamming their inbox will just send you to the bottom of the queue. And they won't discuss bans in the forum. You just have to be patient.

    When did you sent the ticket? Do net expect an answer a few minutes after you sent it....

    i send first ticket about for how long i get baned and why
    they answered in 20h or so asking me for more info
    i sended second one and get answere in 20h or so too
    then i sended ticket with explanation what exactly hapend and didnt get respond (waiting 2 days) and the next one they baned another person becouse of me which one didnt even know anything (few h later then one before)

    maybe they have kind of much to do now with the server problems, or they just didnt like you :P

    I don't know the details of your issue, however I do know that the Customer Service team responds to e-mails as quickly as they can. Our average turnaround time is less than 24 hours.

    The exception to those cases is when an investigation needs to take place.

    Again I don't know what your issue is, but I just ask that you wait patiently for your answer. If you don't get a response by Monday morning, feel free to send me a PM and I'll look into the issue.
