Why no notices against these server shutdown

well isnt it required that PW staff should post a NOTE if they undergo any emergency server problem like this. They should do it n should tell the estimated time they need to correct problem. ATM every person is panicked about his/ her player who hvnt logged off properly. Com mon pls PW staff pls make a NOTE b4 doing any such things again... thnx

    It may have been a crash and not planned kind of maintenance.

    Either way, it only took an hour to resolve which I think is not bad :). I haven't check if anything is missing yet >_>.

    Dear Customers...

    please take notice that within the next 15 minutes an apprentice of our server farm will accidentally will fall over the main power cord ant thus HT and LC will go offline until we have managed to plug it back in...
