What is purgatol document jupiter?

Hi i was grinding on monsters and one of them dropped a purgatol document jupiter. It looks like a regular oracle book but it is purple color like a mirage celestone. It gives coins, exp, & spirit as a reward, but also gives an azure dragon scroll chiao? What is that scroll for, and why do ppl want to buy it from me for 2 million?

    Your 80/90+ and you don't know what one of these things are.

    Its an oracle kind of thing like you mentioned yourself, does the exact same thing too, a reward for killing mobs

    But what does the azure dragon scroll chiao reward thing do? Is that reward why they wanna pay 2M+ for it. They wouldn't wanna pay 2M just for 40k exp mr. ego pants.b:laugh
