Im new and am having alot of problems >.<

Ok soo i joined PWI and love it. I'am having 2 problems. One minor and one Major.
First of everytime I launch the game it says something about an updat
I can either update or later. If i click update it just closes. If I click later it just lets me start the game.
Ok big problem. This started slow but now it keeps happenning. My game keeps CLOSING to a system bug reports page. I reported like 3 times with no reply. ( on Thursday)

    At what gameversion are you? If you are at the current version of 144 please try a verify of the gamefiles from the launcher. If not try please try the manual patches found here.

    As to the closing with the error report showing up could it be that your computer is simply overheating?

    Ok its version 144 and i verified... didnt help
    i know the problem isnt over heating, i run the game fine then all the sudden it closes to that report bug screen
