Unable to launch game please help.

i have played perfect world many times, but it uninstalled after my internet crashed. I have redownloaded it and patched it to version 144. I had no problem up until then. Now, it says "click start to launch game." i proceed and a message comes up "unable to launch game". I went on my other user on my computer and it said please connect to a different update server. I am completely lost and there is nothing on the internet that has been an answer to my grievance. any help?

    Please try a verify from the launcher if that does not help could you please provide us the following fields from a DXdiag :
    System Tab - System Information box -
    Processor :
    Memory :

    Display Tab - device box -
    Name:
    Chip Type:

    Display Tab - driver box -
    Date:

    To open a dxdiag :
    In Vista, type dxdiag in the Start menu search bar
    In other versions of Windows, type dxdiag in the Run command (Start > Run)

    ok aryannamage, i found the dxdiag, heres the info:

    Processor: Intel core 2 duo CPU T5550 @ 1.83GHz
    Memory: 4094MB RAM
    Chip and Chip Name: NVIDIA GeForce 8800M GTS
