Sound Problem please help!!!!

hi all!i have a problem with my pc's sound as long as i open the game...everything i hear is distorted and cut...inside the game and outside...that means for example i talk normally with my bf in skype or msn and when i open the game i hear him like an alien...i have to note that i play the game for 1 year and i ve never had this prob...also i had a prob with the pc...and i had to clean the graphics card and to do a format....and i bought a new screen 6 inches bigger than the previous...i am telling all that in order to give all the info u may need in order to help me!!oh and when i am in the game the graphics stuck very much and also once the game crashed and closed itself.....PLS HELP!!!!!!b:shockedb:cryb:sad
p.S: i ve verified the game 3 times already!
p.s2 after the format i opened the game normally...no sound probs...

    It's possible to be a hardware problem.Probably the PC got old,don't know exactly.You should check the following components:ram,processor,video card.It's important to know your pc configuration perfect so if anything out of ordinary happens you may find out faster what the problem is.Either call an expert to check your components or buy a new pc.
