Hard up on funds as of late? Wishing you had a few extra gold for your character? We have heard your pleas, and because of this we are pleased to announce that we will be having a bonus Zen weekend just for you!

Starting TODAY until Sunday at 11:59pm Server Time you will be able to recieve 20% of bonus Zen on any purchase.

Just to make sure that we're clear, this bonus will be added to ALL payment increments when you use the aforementioned payment methods. Whether you're buying big or buying small you can still enjoy some extra cash. The $50 increment method will retain the regular bonus in addition to this 20%, it's the best way to get more bang for your buck!

The catch? You will ONLY be eligible for this bonus if you use the following payment methods: Google Checkout, PayPal, UKash, ClickandBuy, Paysafecard

Remember that all users have a daily spending limit of $100 with each gateway. If you'd like to spend more you may request a spending limit increase by submitting a ticket to Customer Service.

They are sent by PWI. I know some people who have received them. And I do know that they are linked to specific accounts based on another post on this.

They have some "system," I guess in place. I have never seen them say though and I doubt they will b:surrender

And sorry for your friend -- General rule: Don't charge Zen on Friday's till you see if sale b:surrender

lol if anyone took that as rude then let them. It was meant as a joke, as in saying he might work not in that department but he can turn around and talk to them. :P

And also what's ironic is I got WAY faster response time during the paypal issue than I do with wanting to spend more cash lol.

Xarfox wanted me to let folks know that currently coupons are being given out according to some parameters set by our system, but it is safe to say that everyone will be receiving one of these in the future.

Wow thanks guys, missed the first sale by paying $100 to my account on the Wednesday. Now missed another sale where I paid $100 Wednesday this week.

Since I got the "well you should have known their was an American holiday this weekend" responses last time, what American holiday is it this weekend? National annoy your paying customers day?

I'm not going to be zenning my account again as its just not worth it, its a huge kick in the teeth to spend so much money to find out that something goes on sale a couple of days later. Its bad business sense to do this to your customers more than once especially after seeing the response from people when they had just paid and you started a sale with little to no warning and you've gone and done exactly the same again, I don't know how business is conducted in the US but in Europe people don't stand for this.

I too did not receive a 20% bonus yesterday (Friday) when I bought Zen points: I'm not QQ'ing, just reporting the situation and even wondering about it. When PWI announces bonuses, could it please specify to which players it will give its bonuses, so that the rest of us don't feel cheated in the future?

Thats not really a good excuse though is it, if you were a consumer of any other product and then found they cut the price by 20% two days after you bought it you would be very annoyed.
If a big company like Apple announces a sale or the introduction of a major update to any of their products and you have bought said product within the last week they allow you to return the product to them and ship the new one out to you free of charge thats good customer service.

I just think it would be fairer to everyone if they gave a bit more of a heads up as to if a sale is coming. If they had told me after Wednesdays reboot that their was going to be a sale this Friday I would have been zenning $200 to get a $40 + $12 for buying in $50 batches. As this would have given me an extra $50 free.

As for anatomical position I don't believe it has any baring upon the situation, sarcasm not appreciated.

They don't do it for JUST that reason. They WANT you to spend cash ASAP not "Omfg I'll save it then buy 315031513$ worth of zhen and be epicly rich cuz of all the overflow!!!!!WOOOOOOO" thats why.

man i don't have a CC and since im in Canada i can't use DC on any of the options for the sale. will there be a sale eventually for things like the ultimate game card which is the only way i can actually charge zen

The feed-back from players won't necessarily have an instant effect, and it can take time for a change to be implemented. In the mean while you have two choices, wait for the sales to happen before charging your Zen, or charge your Zen whenever you feel like it, and then complain when you don't get free money because you wanted more Zen now and not later.

Patience is a good thing to have sometimes.

Oh, and Apple is a company that has been around for decades and has already been able to learn from some of their early marketing mistakes. PWE is still relatively young.

That is exactly what I meant when I reported earlier. Like you, I don't use CC and prefer to pay with Interac (available in the "PayByCash" options).

The issue with us, Canadians, is that due to the rate exchange, we end up paying a lot more than our American neighbours or those who use US currency. Actual rates are almost at par, but since last November, very often we ended up paying 50$ CAN for a 30$ zen order (this includes transaction fees as well, but it still 20$ we get nothing for except the privilege to pay online).

In game, as PWI spammed all week-end about their special on WC, I reacted and said that it was false info because this 20% bonus was either applicable on specific purchases (50$) or on certain payment methods. There was an uproar of protestation, people pm'ing me to say there were no such exclusions.

Then if there is no such exclusion, confusion will arise if PWI says three different things on its news channel, in its forum and in its ingame spam about the same event, and therefore, we have reason to feel we have been cheated, esp when peeps who bought nothing still received the "much coveted" bonus.

Still haven't received it.
