Question about FB69 and wine

I am at level 66 and will be closing in on my fb69 soon. Should I or shouldn't I wine this? I need some quests done in the Wraithgate (so far I have the Key to the Altar quest there) and was told to do these as I do my next fb (69). If I wine my fb69 will I "kill out" the mobs or whatever I need as a side quest? Also, is the fb69 actually received at level 70? Thanks for any info about this.

    you should do the key to altar quest during your fb. you get first tab at 69, and another two at 70, so you should do your fb at 70 (thats why some people calls it fb70 instead of fb69)

    you only get the other two tabs at level 70 if you do the quest killing 20 of each type of 3 mobs inside wraithgate, typically known as 69 20x3 , so no wine for that and kill to first boss area restart to get other half of quest mobs, and ofc do in a squad, bigger and better squad faster itll go but 45minutes-3hours is common to get 20x3 done
    also i believe you get the 20x3 at 67, so you have some time to get squad hopefully with people that need the quest as it is a pain to redo it for everyone that needs it

    EDIT: For the record, when should wine be used in the FBs and how would you know?

    the run called 20/20/20 must be done before the fb,if not done u wont receive the tabs.
    U must do minimum 2 run,in every run are 14 mobs of each type.
    When u are lvl 70 and have all 3 tabs its recomended to use wine,couse is hard to find a squad that is willing to do fb 69 unwined.
    The others quest u have there are:
    1:Key to the Altar
    -Continued on from quest "Conquer the Fear"
    1. Speak to the Wraith Hunter (536, 415) Whetstone Keep
    -Obtain 1 Key to the Altar (Quest item from Noxtouch Cullers Located inside the Wraithgate [FB 69])
    2. Report to the Wraith Hunter (536, 415) Whetstone Keep
    -Celestone of Heaven/Human/Earth or Celestone Fragment: 1 (Random)
    -Reward (Exp: 20000 SP: 4700)
    3. Continue on to quest "Emerge Again">>>this one u can do it during a 20/20/20 run.

    2:1. Investigate the Tablet of Devil (Located within the Wraithgate)
    -Recieve Acephalic Rider's Head: 1
    2. Report to the Wraith Hunter (536, 415) Whetstone Keep
    -Reward (Coin: 30000 Exp: 4100 SP: 950 Rep: 7)>>>this one during the 20/20/20 run

    3:-Quest continuation upon defeat of Resentful Pyrosteosis
    -Collect 1 Knot of Love (Farm the Deicide Altar by where the Resentful Pyrosteosis is.) >>this one is the 69 cultivation quest that include killing 1 of the 3 bosses from the fb.

    Do the first 2 quest during the 20/20/20 runs,and the cultivation u will finish it at lvl 70.So its recomended wine.
