Repairing???

Okay so I'm completely new to MMO's and I've been running around now for 2 days with all my equipment needing repairs.

First, how do you fix your equipment and where? I've check with every NPC in every town I've been to and none of them seem to have a FIX or REPAIR option.

Second, why do I need to fix my gear? I haven't noticed any lose of damage, nor do I take any more damage when being hit.

Please someone answer!

    you can repair at the blacksmith, tailor, and merchant NPC, there should be a button Repair to repair a single item and Repair All which repairs all items. it should be near the bottom right corner of the buy/sell item box.

    Every weapon, armour, jewlerry you get will have to be repaired. You can have it repaired at any NPC which is selling items, the cheaper and less damage to the weapon the cheaper it will be to fix it. As you get higher level weapons you'll find that can stand more damage but will cost a lot more when they are damaged. My suggest is to not fix them everyime they get damaged once because very soon you'll find your moving on to a new items.
