Decompose old Chars to an EXP and Spirit Cube!!

I think its a god Idea the possebility to decompose old Chars to an EXP, Spirit and Reputation Cube because only deleting the not used Chars is bad! Have 2 Chars they are not used!

    While it sounds innocent enough....I can see it becoming easily abused...
