Chat, non english characters

(Sorry for my not so perfect English, I'm from Sweden so I'm not fluent in English as most of you are being from North America)

I know this is the North American version, but I still want to ask. Is it possible to activate so you can write non english characters in chat?

I know, I should probably go and play the European version, since I'm from Sweden. But I had already spent a few $ on inventory space enlargement, and I already know a few people on Harshlands so I'd rather not change now. And I didn't find out about the European version before I was around lvl 20.

PS. I want to appologize for any typoes or structure errors, feel free to point these out and I can correct them, though it's not important as long as you all get the point.

    I'm not sure.

    But if you can't do it on this version I'm willing to bet you can't do it on the Euro version either so no loss there....

    To be honest, your English is perfectly fine and readable to me. Way better than how most people type anyways.

    Secondly, only English can be used on both the forums and in game. When people started to type Chinese in World Chat, the GMs asked them to stop.

    Thanks for your answer, I had no intention of writing Swedish in world chat or regional chat, I just have some friends that are Swedish and we don't all use Ventrilo so it would've been nice to send them pms or squad chat with them in Swedish.

    I can probably force them to use Ventrilo or just write english with them :P

    You are allowed to write Swedish here and there (in whispers), but not in world chat because the GMs wouldn't really even know if you're saying "bad" words. I hope that helps.

    As far as I know, in my server, there are people who advertise to join their guild in other languages (eg. German, French)..

    It's rather hard to write in Swedish because we use some special characters which I cannot write in this forum, nor ingame. b:sad
