Hi dears GM`s:
ill write this to make you know that today i have troubles with Duke Blacke, i deliver the quest that he gave me and instead of earn EXP i lose EXP, i was in 60% and when i deliver the quest i was in 44.7, but in the chat appears that in have earned 1500 EXP, How could be that? i dont know, but the worst thing is that I was looking for a GM to help me and a someone named /\/\urtaugh was acting as a GM, he or she wants to know my username and password and i gave it to him b:cry BIG MISTAKE.. he told me that he fix the problem in 40 minutes and i had to logout. 40 minutes after, when i log in again my panther doesnt appears!!!! HE OR SHE STOLE IT!!!and i had 2 mail in the postbox with the title: Error Fixed, one of them says that my panther was **** and you (the GM`S) had to erase from my pet bag, the other one says the apologize. I try to change my password but i cant change it because i forgot the answer of the security question. PLEASE HELP ME GM!!! i really like the game and i dont wanna lose my character just for a bad prank. Please do me a favor, could you change my password and send it to my mail to keep playing?I HOPE. PLEASE HELP ME IM FRUSTRATED some one else have my password!. Was a big mistake but i trust in you.

P.D.The "hackers`s" name is /\/\urtaugh with / \ / \ i hope that he or she get banned from the game

    Real GMs have a red GM icon after their name above their heads. Whenever a GM whispers to you, their name in the chat box comes up as "GM" instead of their name. GMs generally never assist you if you ask for them via the chat.

    And GMs NEVER ask for your username and especially password.

    solicite with GM that restart and send a new password to the email resgitred wtith your account thats way if the hacker dont have your email account password your saved.... i hope taht Gm see your post and can help you good look

    I remember somewhere (I think the F.A.Q. section of Customer Support) had said that if you had been ****, any items that have gone missing due to the **** cannot be returned back to you.

    I have sympathy towards you but haven't there always been warnings and whatnots about GMs NOT asking for your username and password IN the game? Usually they would end up telling you to submit a ticket and they'll try to handle it for you there.

    NOTE: a real GM MAY ask for a description of the problem BUT will NEVER ask for username and password

    Don't share your account info with anyone!

    Sending in a ticket to customer support can help you get back access to your account.

    If you have the name of the player, and a screenshot, and which server you were on, it will help your case.
