    If you two are talking about the list on the first page of this thread, that OP hasn't updated the list in months. I went through every post on this thread and compiled them into a seperate list, which can be found on page 13 of this thread or in my signature.     I recommend you check out the official guides here and here.

    Or to sum it up, if you're talking about creating a guild, you need to be lvl 20 and spend 100,000 coins. (If you meant requirements to get in each individual guild, that's what this thread is for, and you'll need to contact guild officers to join.) TW is territory war. See thread mentioned above. :P
