Magic attack or Magic bonus on equip ?

=D Hello,

I'm wondering what is better in terms of increasing damage when acquiring ornaments with Magic Attack bonuses or Magic + bonuses.

Which of these would help out in damage more, a Magic Attack bonus of 11 OR a Magic + bonus of 8 ?

Why is one better than the other, or if so, are there situations where the other is preffered =D ?
