LvL Req For CatShops

I think they're should be a LVL Req for making Catshops so it doesn't lag the game from all the lvl's 1 that are used just to catshop especially in archasour,

Just like the Trading Chat box , you need to be lvl 31 to use it.. as example that's already enforced. Just a suggestion that could really help out the lag and those huge lag spikes when you go to West Arch or general in the server

    A Lvl requirement wouldn't be bad but they could proboly fix some of this if quest stuff could be sold in auction and auction had a longer sale period for less but they would have to work that out so it doesn't mess up prices to much.
