im sorry to say this, but today, a good friend of mines girlfriend was doing his dailies and wq, when she recieved a pm from an enrage member, telling him that enrage pays 1.4m a week for level 91-94 members, and telling her to join. i think this is quite funny b:chuckle im still trying to get the full name, its an ex- evo person aparently mastad, master... something to that effect

Sticky and everything but I havent even talked to him in 3 days nor been on the game. It sounds like to me that some conversation got lost in translation. And no I wasnt included in it.
Noone is paid to be in Enrage, but you do get paid if you are in a TW. TW pay for lvl 91-94 last I checked was around 1.4m. Thats TW pay. I hope your guild pays you for being in TWs too. If not dude go find another guild.

Well if getting paid 1.4m for doing TWs is a bad thing, you can have all your "good" guilds start sending their TW funds to me, since they aint paying you.

You're not serious? People try to get their friends to join their guilds all the time. The fact that one person PMed one other person to change guilds is hardly worthy of a forum thread. I would be astonished if there was anyone on the server who hadn't sent or received at least one such PM. Well, maybe there are one or two people who are completely without friends, but surely not very many.
Did someone invite you to join Tao, Sticky? Did they say something good about the guild in the process? Is that worthy of a thread saying how pathetic Tao is for having members actually inviting their friends to join? b:chuckle Or did you ask to join? In which case, should we have a thread about how pathetic you are for having to ask a guild to have you? Yeesh. Either way, ridiculous!
Okay, okay, I'll confess it, I've asked probably as many as five or six of my friends to join Enrage during the time I've been in there. Terrible, I know...but I can't help it, I like playing with my friends in the same guild! Oh no, what a failure on my part and the part of my guild that I should want to have my friends enjoy the benefits of an active guild that I have enjoyed being in, that pays well, has a great leader, does (particularly lately) a lot of TW, and has, frankly, the best set of guild teles on the server.0 -
actually hoshimi and nemo recruited me, and they did not add anythign else other than "come join your friends" trying to get people out of a guild by implying they get more pay per week is bribery in my eyes.
edit: once again, remember im not saying its everyones fault in enrage,or even the leadership. i just find this extremely funny to be going on in the "strongest" guild on Heavens Tear.Less QQ more Pew Pewb:thanks

So, one person in Enrage thinks that one of their friends might want or need better TW pay, and you think that is worth a forum thread? Exactly how bored ARE you? Or are you seriously trying to imply from this single incident that this is some sort of widespread happening? Do you have evidence that we're all running around "bribing" multitudes of people? Making all these vague comments to imply that it's widespread when in fact it was a single person trying to convince a single other person. Last I looked I think we had six open slots and that was because Clunker had kicked every inactive person we had. People are still sometimes waiting weeks to hear if they get in, sadly. We really need to be more efficient about that. We really DON'T need to bribe anyone. b:chuckle
So I gather you campaign vehemently against Tao giving any sort of TW pay to your members, since you say offering TW pay constitutes bribery of people to be in the guild? no, but if i saw a tao member trying to recruit members from a rival faction, using tw pay, i would tell my guild leader. that looks incredibly bad, and its not what my guild believes in. you may not believe its bribery, but everyone in tao who was on last night does.
