Japenese letters show up when i try to play ???

hey ive just downloaded perfect world and did all patches....for some reason when i press start and pop shows up with japanese or chinese letters and then a lttle message shows up but goess away very quickly...can anyone help me

    Judging by what your system specifications are, you don't have a video driver installed. The game will not run without a proper 3D driver (NVIDIA, ATI, etc.) installed. Also, your memory does not meet the minimum system requirements (512MB).
