I can't see other people on the screen

I can't see other players on the screen when i play the character Kailyne...i've updated all my drivers and all my other accounts are fine as well. i've also reinstalled PWI on my computer and that didn't help either. Can anyone tell me how to fix this.. please. thank you b:shocked

    on the top of the game screen near your character face look at the tabs and click on them. if you hold your mouse over them they should say things like show monsters on mini map, show people... etc

    This game has an incorperated feature known as "Best Performance." When enabled, it while tone down graphics levels, and will disable the showing of player models from a distance, but they will show up when approached. The BP icon looks like a person running with three arrows pointing towards the right ( >>> ). To the right of that icon, you have three more buttons that, starting from the left, enable/disable player names, show/hide players outside the range limit, and show/hide monsters on the minimap. As kibblesnbits said, you probably just have the show/hide players outside the range limit function enabled, causing you to not see anyone else from a distance.
