Crash 24/7 (I crash atleats 3 times an hour)

Hi,

I have started to love this game but for wierd reasons my game crashes atleast 3 times an hour and then i get this bug report box that pops up which looks like this.

Could you please tell me how to proceed with this further?
It is strating to be a real pain!

    i have the same problem the game crashes at random and that report bugs thing pops up i am getting really P!ssed

    Have you guys tried verifying your files through the update client? That could solve the problem as it might be something is wrong with your game's files.

    yeah verified the files and there is ntohign wrong with the files... everything is cool.. also i got a PS with good conffig.. much more than required to run this game...

    so i dont really get it whats the problem ^_^

    That error report screen comes up when your video chipset or video drivers aren't handling the game properly.

    You can send us a ticket to Tech Support here: http://support.perfectworld.com/ticketing

    also include in your emails to us some of the "A" plus whatever logs that you see in the report. They are in the

    C:\Games\Perfect World Entertainment\Perfect World International\element\logs

    directory. Please note that your directory might be different from, but similar to what I have above. Installing the game to the \Games directory is highly recommend, on all versions of Windows.

    okies i have sent all the logs , hijaxck log and dx log u needed :)
    hope we can come to some solution..

    Double check your ram...I faced the exact same problem. My bios was actually overclocking my ram which caused it and firefox to crash [that was my hint since both use plenty of memory]

    You could also use memtest to confirm you memory isn't dying on you.

    my firefox crashes sometimes tooo b:shocked

    but then games like Crysis dont crash onmy PC... i play them all with ease..
    and supposing bios is over ckocking my ram how do i get rid of it?

    could u gimme a solution plz? :D
