In game problems

Today I recently went on a quest for Blacksmith Chang from Hidden heroes village. He told me to gather so and so from the Hill of the swarm next to the walled stronghold. When I was done I went to the teleport master of the stronghold and went back to The Hidden Heroes Village. After I respawn there i Noticed Like a glitched grass thing going on where triangular patches of grass are all over, even under water. I tried to teleport again and didn't help. I logged out and in but still didn't help. Can someone Explain what this is or how to fix it? Thnx. (Details):The patches of grass look like the triforce from legend of zelda But all lined up next to eachother everywhere
