Passive buffs stack?

Hello, im starting to play a barbarian, and i want to know does weapon mastery wich increase weapon damage by certain percent stack with that passive spell in tiger mode wich increase all dmg dealt in tiger mode? Thx in front:)

    the passive tiger ability is a typo it increases defense while in tiger form not attack like the skill states

    shapeshifting intensity is correct when you look at the skills you have but when looking at the skill tree it is miss guiding
