What does the 2 swords symbol means beside my character's name ?

    That means you have just attacked someone. You cannot be buffed during the duration of you having swords. :)

    From the abbreviation sticky. You can self buff (ie. use your own skills) but people outside your squad cannot. I think people within your squad still can, but I don't PvP much so someone else can tell me I'm a noob if that's wrong =)
