    id like to see a ss of a lvl 77 with warsoul in their bank lol. Noone will ever EVER have one of these. Not even the massive cash shoppers.

    We have one of those on sanctuary. It came from the tournament that was only open one week. It is unrelated to the warsoul weapons.

    That helmet actually has a small tie to the weapons. If I remember correctly, you can decompose the tournament helm to make one fragment. Other than that, the only similarity is that the helmet has "Warsoul" in the name to signify it's power.

    Think about, a lot of people are going to try to make these and yes many will fail and give up. Soon we'll start to see fragments being sold and it's inevitable that someone will end up with 100 of each.

    I'll bet 1 million coins that we see a warsoul within two years.
    Currently flying internet spaceships around dodixie, moving to amarr soon.

    imo, Ultimate weapons are a blessing, it gives us lower characters something to shoot for, and even marvel at.

    such propaganda must have a purpose... I guess fragments will be sold at boutique soon. or maybe some expensive item (charm packs?) will come with a minor chance of getting them.

    Agreed.
    They wouldn't advertise this unless there is some event or change in the future to make it easier to make one. It's not good business sense to say "lookie here at these fabulous weapons, oh wait you'll never get one... ever".
