How to use PET COLLAR??

I got a pet collar last week and still don't know how to use it. I'm level 23. I got a volcanic magmite and a jag mount. When I go to a pet manager I don't see any option for a collar like some people told me. Nothing. Nothing at the pet skills trainer, so how do I use this collar??? Thank you

    Not all pet skill trainers offer renaming.

    Go to the one in Lost City - Pet Skill Trainer Hu. You might have to scroll down on her options to get the Pet Rename option.

    You can also talk to Mrs. Zoologist in Archosaur for renaming the pets. For that matter, she even sells you the Pet Collars if need be for 10k apiece.
