Charms dont work when u are in a duel ?
Why charms dont work pvp ?

    Charms work in PvP and PvE.

    They are disabled in duels (which are NOT PvP) because that would defeat the purpose of the duel - be the first to kill the other person based on skills and build. The charm will tick after the duel is done.
