What makes them grow?

Ok I asked this in the cleric section and to which redrose responded that they dont. But I know better. But no one else answered so my question still remains so I moved it here.

The quills on the sides of my head started out very small and only one of them. Now at level 31 there are 3 of them and they are much much longer. What makes them grow/get longer? Is it rep or level? Does anyone know? Any insight would be appreciated.

    o.o i've noticed that clerics have 3 feathers on each side while archers have 1, but i thought you start that way

    the little wings on a cleric's head have always looked like they were fanned out more, kind of like the tip of a dove's wing. while with the archer, i've always though the reason they were narrower was to make them look more like the wingtips of a stooping falcon.

    They don't change as you level. The archers plume follow the description you mentioned. Other than cosmetic purposes, it could be to differientiate between the classes of the winged elf race or for combat.

    Btw, is that screenshot the most recent one? Or do you have another before your cleric reached 31?

    That is the most recent, I looked and unfortunately have none that show me before now. The only one I took, my genie is coving my face/head. So that is of no help. I am not going to argue, if ev1 says this is the normal then it is. But I would swear I started with only one quill on each side.

    I also have seen others around arch with a long candy cane looking thing growing out each side.. ? I assumed maybe they was really high level and had an option of some kind. Not sure.

    Why do you make a new cleric really quick and see if the feathers are any different. Make sure that it is the same class as there is a difference between the archer and the cleric.

    I'm willing to bet you changed your hair style between 1 and 31 and that your old hairstyle covered the feathers somewhat.

    Look at where my hp,mp and xp bar at the upper left they don't seem to have gotten any bigger as well as the pic themselves.Where is says Cleric.I can't wait for jpg format.

    large amounts of radiation.
