Sup PW.

Recently, I got a mold for Soul Devourers Greaves And am loving the speed. So I am now trying to get together enough speed gear to be as fast as a mount. I can already outrun my skymanta.

However, I did notice a problem. When I wear the greaves and a Hermits cape that happens to have +.10 speed, it doesn't show up in tiger form. Does anyone know if this is a glitch, or is there an upper limit for tiger running speed?

    With the amount of Wretched Hydrolaces I killed, something good had to drop! :P

    So there's an upper limit? Well that's too bad. I guess I won't need the hat so much then.

    At least this confirms that there is a chance for a mld to drop even from mobs. I've yet to see it happen tho b:cry.

    as far as I know in Heaven's Tear there are 2 Soul Devourer Greaves unless this guy here is actually pplliimmaann (or how the hell his nick is typed)

    These are rare? I only had to kill a couple thousand Wretched Hydrolaces for them...

    I'm not sellin :D Anyone that can find me can see them tho. :3

    I need to soulbind them...

    I run at 9.2m/s as a hell barb and 10m/s with archer speed buff.
    I carry a speed cape and boots just for running.
    Heaven barbs are 10% faster than demon barbs.

    NOOOOOOOOOO by all means man are you crazy? Then no1 can ever have them if you decide to quit or want to sell them or just simply out grow the boots. Trust me binding is the last thing u want to do to a rare/expensive/powerfull item. I made the same mistake with my calamities lololol now im stuck with em even thouh i never use them anymore. Just buy some gaurdian angels insted. Much better option in the long run.

    Well, I have no intention of ever getting rid of them, even if I get better armor on some boots, I'd still keep these for speed gear. I've looked, +1 meter a second is the best there is in the game. Everything else is +.1 to +.2 and that's not good enough for me :P.

    I have no intention of ever selling them, trading them, lending them, or getting my butt PK'd over and over until they fall off. They are priceless. XD

    Besides, I die something like 6 times a day. I have a habit of biting off more than I can chew (see the 2000 hydrolaces comment above).

    heres a reason, why waste large amounts of coins on gear that boosts speed when you can just get apoth speed powders and holy path on ur genie?

    This. Besides, what do coins matter when the game never ends? I'm not exactly in a hurry to see what the the end game is like, as I've heard there really isn't one. I find it fun to be able to outrun nearly everyone in the game and if I can twink it out to outrun even one mount, I'll be satisfied. I have gears that definitely have speed boosts mapped out in a basket on PW Database, and will be on the lookout for others as well.

    This isn't going to be my tanking gear or even my grinding stuff. This is what I'll wear into races and to run around the world with my friends. I have all kind of friends who have female chars (what their real gender is doesn't matter for the game purposes) who like to catch rides form me and use me as a chi battery. My favorite is the archers tho, because they give that nice speed boost that doesn't cost me time or money :P

    If my only goal was to be the best build and have the best gear, I'd be like a thousand other barbs on the server. I have my own personal goal and that is to push the running speed to it's limit.
