    No, they can't, if you read the darn heavy armor guide you would see why.
    You would need to spend around 12 stats points every 2 levels, as you can see, that is a problem...... since you only get 10.

    So you need to make up those 2 points per level with stats on your gear. Since we have no idea what stats your gear has, we cannot tell you where to put your points.

    The only thing we can probably tell you is to leave your Vita at 3.

    So as you can see you will have to figure out your points based on the bonus stats on your gear. You will need enough str and dex to wear the heavy armor and enough magic to use the magic weapon. Obviously it will not be easy, so until you get much higher you will have to either sacrifice the armor or the weapon you can use.


    Obviously if this veno is a alt and you have millions of coins on yout main, you can get nicely outfit out of the door by using mold gear and refinining it...

    Obviously if this veno is a alt and you have millions of coins on yout main, you can get nicely outfit out of the door by using mold gear and refinining it...

    Conversely, if your veno is an alt designed to make money for your main, I'd encourage going with an Arcane Build.

    Either way, a heavy build is not for the faint of heart (or coin). It requires time and effort to make it work properly.
