Ok, so I know a few of you have had this problem and well, it really isn't terrible, but annoying and wrong. There seems to be a glitch in the Cube of Fate where if you stand right where people come into the cube you can PK them without being in PK mode. Which wouldn't be a problem except for people that go afk there or lowbees that get PK'd by a lvl 90 (or 3). Besides the fact that it is just plain annoying to come into someplace and get hit as soon as you enter, which takes a few minutes for most people to register what is actually happening and by then if they are low leveled their health is down to half. Now as I said before, I wouldn't complain, except for the fact that this has happened to me on several occasions and I am just plain annoyed by it. Would love to know what the solution to this is or if possibly GM's could fix this little problem (or at least let people know not to do it).

    That would fall under Developers who like to write new things for the game (i.e. cash shop items), instead of fixing known issues. FB 59 Earth boss has been glitched since day one. The barbarian running glitch has been going on for a month now. Cube of Fate entrance pk glitch. HH60 quest that has a glitch in it (can't think of the name off hand). I don't know how many time's I've written and received "This is a known issue and we're working on it." How long does it take? A week? A month? A Year? Notice when issues concerning the cash shop come up they shut the game down and fix it that day.... after all that now concerns their pocket books.b:scorn

    Although I find the pk'ing in the cube entrance a pain, I don't think it should be bannable. After all, no codes are being ****... players are simply taking advantage of code intentionally written into the game. Maybe the developers could actually fix it?b:puzzled

    Speaking from experience, the developers who add new stuff to the game are usually on a completely different team from the developers who fix bugs.

    I would agree with you on a different server where pk is the normal. But on a server where I do not wish to pk and I am on that server b/c of that reason it should not be allowed and should be bannable. PERIOD. Once again just goes to show how people can not do what is right simply because they are allowed to do what isn't right.

    The reason why it's an bannable offence is because it's exploiting a bug to grief other players (even if they can fight back, they can get attacked before their client finishes loading), as well as to unfairly increase your PK ranking.

    those are just some issues, its not as if they majorly inhibit gameplay. its not simple as pie to find and fix whats wrong like people think. the times they did close the game to fix issues like the AH/duke rose thing really hurt the game, and needed to be addressed asap, not fix their wallets >_>; kids need to understand, finding and solving issues in games is not as simple as 2+2 = 5

    I used to kill my friends when I seen them spawn into the Cube. :<
    It was a fun way to get their attention, all you lose is a charm tick.

    But then people had to qq about it and make it no fun. =/

    Again on a server that is not full blown everyone and everything pk, we have the right NOT to be in PK mode. You taking advantage of a bug/glitch to do so isn't "fun". Its you taking advantage of a bug or a glitch.

    If I wanted to be in PK mode I'd push that little button that makes me be in PK mode. Or I'd move to another server. That being said I'm not, so for you to take advantage of the "bug" is unfair to players who don't want to be PK'd.

    Not to mention that people drop stuff in PK mode. If you take advantage for "fun" do you give the stuff that people drop back? Even if you did its still not right. And is there a reason that b/c people have a valid point everyone on heavens tear calls it "QQing"? Get over it already. We all have opinions and the world still turns. Your epic QQing about their epic QQing is the same thing as they are doing.

    & Believe it or not, I have someone who has a screen shot of a gm saying that killing in there was fine, as long as you didn't discourage lowbies.
