Im a lvl 1 swrd crftr but the green bar is all the way up but it wont go to lvl 2????

Im a lvl 1 swrd crftr but the green bar is all the way up but it wont go to lvl 2????

    Talk to and Elder and click Learn manufacturing skill

    yeah, and after you go trough level 2 and 3 , you will need a special quest in order to receive the manufacturing book for level 4. Same thing will happen ( a special quest) when you will need to level to 6 and to 8.

    Getting that level 4 blacksmith skill is not going to be easy if you are not lucky.
    I, for instance, spent mats and money, both roughly evaluated at 1 Million coin (it is not an exaggerated pricing, as i used mostly cash shop to get them since catshop sold them more expensively). All i got was 1 out of the 3 items needed for the damn quest.

    Maybe you are lucky and get away with mats 200k worth ! ^-^
