Accidently unstalled

Hi, I accidently unstalled my "Perfect world game" and didn't mean to. I have everything in it expect for the what-you-call "install" thingy on it. Is there any basic thing I can recover it other than reinstalling it, because basically takes me about 2-3 days to reinstall. And I don't want to be waiting again, at that time I was very impatient. b:cry b:angry Or is that the only way to recovering it? -.- Ty.. -Naluying

    If you don't have a working patcher you're gonna have to reinstall it.
