PWI Closes Down?

I downloaded PWI about one week ago and for the last three days after logging in, once i get in-game i see my character fine but the whole screens frozen in place (it moves sometimes but only a for a few seconds) and my Genie's health bar and stuff don't load... then about 2 minutes later the whole program just shuts itself down?
Anyone got any ideas? b:cry

Just to add: the game normaly runs but a little laggy (bad laptop) but basicaly i had problems downloading aswell but i got it running fine later on :P

    Try doing a Verify/Update or perhaps reinstalling.

    If you could list your laptop specs that'd be helpful. I've tried to load PWI on an old laptop with integrated graphics and it was laggy / some textures objects wouldn't show for me either, so it could just be the hardware.
