Who is Saisei?
Saisei is the japanese word for rebirth. We are a family of players that help each other when we can. We're all friendly and like to have a good time. QQing is not welcome.

Requirements
The current level requisite to join Saisei is 70+. We do sometimes make exceptions to this so don't think that if you're not 70+ you won't get in. You are also required to be active and utilize our forums once you become a member. As far as age goes we don't have an age requirement but sometimes the guild chat can get "mature" lol. We're all here to have fun so we don't welcome anybody that will ruin it for everyone else.
