Ok so at 25 ... i got myself my enie and used all my xp to lvl it to 15 >"<

So now i have to grind.

But the freaking monsters kill me like stew fly ..... If i dont giving the final blow .... i die before it >"< .

I generally use the +mp regen shield

I heal after every kill . I literally run frm town to monster [distance = 1/2 * distance b/w archnosorus rex and the freaking orchid templsourus] and die during the kill to run back again

Getting a pt is a big pain ..... if 2 mons get the idea to atk me ... i die

My dmg is barely higher than other clases [comparing to archers and clerics which to tend to have better pdef]

I am using best pdef stuff i can afford .

I believe things may get better after will of pheonix but the problem is that its aoe so i might end up drawing more mons than getting some time to cast fr existing 1

    1. Don't aggro multiple mobs
    2. Max the basics (SR, Gush, Pyro)
    3. Points in Magic.
    4. Stone rain should not be repeated
    5. Try this. I used this at 25: SR -> Gush -> Pyro -> Gush

    Shouldn't make you take more than 1 hit

    Make sure you have the right build. A pure magic build is recommended. Only enough strength to carry arcane armor and weapons. From lvl 30 its really a breeze being a pure wiz. Also attack the right mobs with the right spells. For Fire mobs is use: Gush>Stonerain>Gush>pyro>Gush>Stonerain Well thats the marco usually it never go throught the whole thing. Water mobs is weak against Earth. So use a lot of it if you can. Also i find starting with gush give me a bit more time.

    Don't attack pairs of mobs. And STAY AWAY from Increased Magic Resistance mobs. Seek out the singletons. At low levels its hard to get money but if possible get a bronge HP charm just to pull you through tough spots.

    Again check your build. This is the most common wiz failure. If its built wrong you can easily suffer till lvl 35 to kill lvl25 mobs.

    Go by what the above posters mentioned. I also suggest one important apothecary manufactured item called "life powder". It will boost your HP regen by 50 points which will without doubt help you in early stages since you have only 300-600 HP with base vitality early on. In combat mode, the hp regen drops to maybe 12-13 hp per second but because of your low HP, it won't hurt you much. Life powder will be like a 10 minute super potion always in effect for that duration. b:pleased

    i m using a pure mag built

    I m also not repeating stone rain ...if u may know the spell after the reapeater r repeated ...

    in other wrds i alreasy ot ur pts covered Nerithos [TY fr reply thoguh]

    I never atk multiple mobs or mobs with high magical resist .....

    I like the powder idea , but thats much too xpensive fr me

    Lastly ,

    I m fighting Adawolf Hunters [or smthing like that , the werewolves with bows in orchid ]

    So plz gimme a reply

    Seriously, that's pretty much it. If you have to put "repeat" somewhere in your macro or spell sequence, that's a problem. You're not going to be repeating spells, you're going to be 3-shotting (or 4-shotting at most) mobs. Buy a crapload of MP and HP pots. They're cheap, effective, and very very useful. But you shouldn't need them ('cept for MP pots, they're kinda useful).

    So, reiterating: Don't get hit.

    Surely you know what kiting is, oui? Use it.

    well u cant really kite ranged stuff in a agro region nw can u ??

    I fi move a lot i end up pulling other mobs to me which are also ranged = instant death

    Wizards DO NOT SUCK. Be it pre-60 or post-60.
    Just restat to vit build. 6 mag 1 str 3 vit per 2 levels.
    It does wonders. Really. Trust me.

    I never had problems dieing if I kept my rules:
    1)Begin casting at the longest possible range.
    2)Use gush first to slow enemy
    3)Attack the loners
    4)Get the best affordable weapon for your level (Auction House!)
    5)Charm up. Don't do DQ... lol rather sell your dq stuff and get a small HP charm (+-100k or so)
    6)Go pure magic! I at most 3shot any mob of my level. They seldom touch me even. And thats when the charm help me out.
    7)Use the right elemental spells. Eg. Fire for Metal mobs, Earth for Water.

    Thats all.. my wiz stopped being silly past lvl25. past 40 you start to rule. Past 50 its really much fun!

    Yes, of COURSE you can kite ranged mobs in an aggro area. Don't act like nobody knows what they're talking about. You just have to be tactical at kiting. I've so far NEVER seen a ranged mob that has an equal or larger range than my spells.

    Why are you using Stone Rain? Divine Pyrogram should be your opener.

    that should work if your pure.

    Also, Adalwolf's aren't the best choice(Ranged, Physical). Try a metal based mob since Fire skills are your strongest for now, and melee or magic based mobs would be preferable.

    Also if your genies able to, teach it holy path, this will allow you to kite easily.
    Currently flying internet spaceships around dodixie, moving to amarr soon.

    You can earn plenty of experience fighting monsters lower level than you.

    When I was your level (not very long ago), I was fighting ghouls outside of archosaur.

    1. Learn the skill Tree Of Protection for your Geine, Max the skill ASAP.
    2. 9Mgr 1Str
    3. Must Learn Apo Skill Lvl 1 , Life Powder , Chaos Powder Save your life
    4. Never get Hit . Kite , Div Pro > Gush > Run Backword > Gush > Gush
    5. Gush , Pro , Earth Shield max ASAP
    6. Tree of Protection + Chaos Powser + HP pot = invincible :P

    yes, wizard suck before 60, but better after 60 b:victory

    You will see it in 6X and later. Kugulu sentries and tower-like mobs around Wraith Gate. They do not move and have attack range of about 30m. Good luck tanking 'em with pure build.

    Those do half damage from melee range. Fly above them, drop down, and start casting. They'll hurt a bit, but you should be fine unless your gear is utter trash.

    I'm glad I saw this. Died three times today farming the stupid uncommon drop. Next time I'll go in Chuck Norris style and cast from melee range.

    mm try doing one man armies if you can. If anything you'll get a little extra rep and youll be able to track your progress (how many kills youve done) and get just a little bit more exp for completing them
