Good Spots for Grinding at level 37-39?

I've been grinding at the felbone shanks outside of Anglers and they don't pose too much of a problem, but I was wondering if there's anything better to grind on at level 37?

    That place is alright. If you don't mind magic attacks, you can try killing the level 35-40 fish in the lake of plume. You should be able to two shot them, and it's nice xp.

    Ah, nvm, I switched to the Bloodthirsty Hexaweb kings and all seems to be good.
    They're poison, so there's barely any chance to die by accident if I press the wrong keys :3
