golem lvl frozen

I have a lvl 30 golem that has 465/465 exp yet it will not lvl to 31 which is my veno's lvl. What could be going on?

    You have to kill monsters about the same level or higher level than the pet.
    Main characters
    Celestial Sage Venomancer Zoe - 100
    Sage Barbarian Malego - 91

    u have to get to the level b4 the golem to lvl it..
    so when u get to 31 he'll get 2 31
