    I know these people! They actually go to my University! They aren't alts. In fact, the faction was started by Kirk, Picard, and Janeway (These are the people I know in Real Life). Then, as they gained more attention, high-level people made alt characters specifically for the Federation.

    Kirk's an d!ck, Picard's pretty cool, and Janeway's nice. :D
