Hair troubles

I don't know if this would belong here but......

Every player on my server has the same hairstyle. Black and short. I know that cant be right. I have tried everything i can to fix the problem. It didn't used to b like this. Please help me fix this problem.

    Just check the checkbox named "Other player individuals" (or similar) in Game Settings -> Interface.
