Pre-Paid Card Problem

I just purchased two pre-paid cards for my account and my friends account and when we go to billing@perfect world.com (or) perfectworld.com to sign in to verifiy our account with our card it gives us a different name to welcome us than the name we signed up with even though we entered our correct usser id and pw.

Does any one know what is going on here and if the email sent to us to click on a link to verify our account is legic?
